Duties Include

  • Custom design concept and detailed visual mood board

  • Comprehensive budget creation and financial oversight

  • Floor plan and event flow design

  • Aesthetic guidance for color palette, décor, and rentals

  • Budget oversight and milestone tracking

  • Custom-crafted wedding day timeline

  • Final planning meeting 2–3 weeks prior to the event

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • Guest experience and weekend-of event planning

  • Travel and accommodation coordination, as needed

  • Full rehearsal and wedding-day management

  • Extended on-site coordination (12–14 hours)

  • Post-event wrap-up and vendor follow-through

  • Discreet on-site problem solving and emergency preparedness

  • Expanded wedding-week support (up to 10 hours)

  • Travel OVER one hour of Warner Robins/Macon Area - $50 per hour after the first hour (unless otherwise discussed)
