Duties Include

  • Up to four in-depth planning sessions

  • Vendor sourcing, recommendations, and comparison assistance

  • Floor plan and event flow design

  • Aesthetic guidance for color palette, décor, and rentals

  • Budget oversight and milestone tracking

  • Ceremony rehearsal direction

  • Custom-crafted wedding day timeline

  • Final planning meeting 2–3 weeks prior to the event

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • On-site management of ceremony and reception setup

  • Wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours)

  • Discreet on-site problem solving and emergency preparedness

  • Expanded wedding-week support (up to 10 hours)

  • ​25% non-refundable deposit and contract to secure date

  • Travel within one hour of Warner Robins/Macon Area- No charge

  • Travel OVER one hour of Warner Robins/Macon Area - $50 per hour after the first hour (unless otherwise discussed)

  • Experienced decorator on-site: $500

  • Completed ultimate bridal binder $200

  • Clean up

  • Set up or break down of furniture

  • Full decor (small decor tasks only)

  • Moving items to the venue
